1. Who we are

devexperience, based in Brazil, is responsible for processing the personal data collected on this site.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following data:

  • Contact data (name, email, project description) when you fill in the quote form.
  • Portfolio contact data (name, email, mobile number, preferred messaging app and notes) when you request a personal site on the portfolio page.
  • Browsing data (pages visited, session time, device, country of origin) via analytics cookies, only with your consent.
  • Essential technical data (anonymized IP, session and language preferences) needed for the site to work.

3. Legal basis (LGPD art. 7 and GDPR art. 6)

We operate under the Brazilian LGPD. For visitors in the European Economic Area and the UK, the equivalent GDPR bases apply.

  • Consent (LGPD art. 7, I / GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics cookies.
  • Contract performance (LGPD art. 7, V / GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) to process quote requests and communicate about projects.
  • Legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX / GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) for site security and fraud prevention.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies are required for the basic operation of the site and can't be turned off. They include the language cookie (devexperience_lang), which remembers whether you prefer the site in Portuguese or English for up to 1 year.

Analytics cookies collect anonymous browsing data to help us understand how the site is used and improve the experience. They load only after your explicit consent.

To pick your starting language, we use the approximate country of your visit (derived from your IP at request time) or your browser language. This information is not stored.

5. Data retention

  • Contact data: up to 2 years after the last contact.
  • Analytics data: retained by the Datafast platform under their policy (anonymized).
  • Essential session data: deleted when you close the browser or after 30 days.

6. Sharing

We don't sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share it with:

  • Infrastructure tools (hosting, email) strictly necessary to run the service.
  • Authorities, when required by law.

7. Your rights (LGPD art. 18 and GDPR)

You have the right to:

  1. Confirm that we process your data.
  2. Access the data we hold about you.
  3. Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
  4. Request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data.
  5. Request portability of your data to another service provider.
  6. Request deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent.
  7. Get information about who we share your data with.
  8. Withdraw your consent at any time.
